TagsRevisited is a small tool, developed to test things and for my own fun, it's not an officially supported Safer-Networking Ltd. product, but was made available in 2006 (version 0.4.2) as a Christmas present to our customers.

Music is quite important to me and has to be in the background while I work, so I have all my CDs ripped to listen to them on the computer as well. Managing all that music can be quite a task, and what actually caused my to playfully write my own tagger was that no existing tagger I found was able to show me ALL information from the tags in one view, nor let me make all the changes I want without a lot of clicking. Add to that the wish to try out a few new things like Unicode, virtual trees, application scripting, and you get TagsRevisited, grown over the years to finally be something that could be shared.

DivFix++ is yours AVI video repair and preview software. It designed for repair and preview files which are on download from ed2k(emule), torrent, gnutella, ftp. web or any other source on the internet. It can repair AVI and DivX files (for now.) DivFix+

DivFix++ checks and repairs broken AVI files by rebuilding its index. This is very useful when trying to preview movies with missing or broken index.

BestPractice is a musician's practice tool, to slow down or speed up music, either from an MP3 file or directly from a CD. Ordinarily the sound is distorted when slowed down our sped up - you get the effect like when playing a 33 rpm record on 45 rpm speed (remember the Chipmunks?). BestPractice tries to correct this, so you can slow down and speed up music, while keeping the original pitch. It is also possible to change the pitch of the music without affecting its tempo. Play along with for instance Eb tuned guitars without retuning your own, or slow down that high-speed guitar solo on a CD that you like to learn.

This splits up in two parts: "why is BestPractice made?" and "why would I use it?"
To start with the first: I saw that there were programs available on the internet that do this, and you have to pay for them ($20 to $50). Since I thought: 'I can do that', I had to prove it, right?

And for part two - well, there are probably more reasons, but those I can think of are:

Encounter2003 Release 4.1 is the first and only fully multithreaded sound editor in the Windows world today.
