ProtoCAD 0.2.3

ProtoCAD is a tool for creating circuit schematics rapidly. It is developed for use with stripboards but can also be used with other methods. The development of ProtoCAD was inspired by another tool called StripCAD which had the disadvantage that besides being closedsource, it was sadly not crossplatform compatible(runnable with wine though) and lacked some features which I would've liked.
